Well things are going pretty good with me. It rained all day with some thunder and lightening. It is supposed to cool down here. The weather report said that it will be 20 degrees cooler during the day.

My husband, Tom is doing ok. Well maybe I will take some new pictures this weekend and post them. Maybe Tom and I will do some gardening.

Crocheting fool

This is the throw I was working on in my last blog. Actually it is a different one. I pulled out the other one and started again. I am about half way done with this one. I will most likely finish this weekend.

I am feeling almost human today. I taking the day to relax and recover. I have started a new crochet project (see above). It is a traditional zigzag pattern. I haven't made a throw like this in ages. I am enjoying it.

How I am feeling

I've have had the flu for a couple of days. I am resting and taking pills. I hope I will feel better soon.

Things I have been thinking about?!

I have taken a couple of days off. Monday and Tuesday. I have had the flu or maybe a cold. I went to the doc and he gave me a shot and some pills. I am feeling a lot better this evening. I have been reading, sleeping (napping is one of my main hobbies), crochet, and thinking. My life has been going ok lately. The weather here has been pretty good. I am told there is to be one more cold snap. It is going to be bringing some rain. We have needed some rain as we are in a dry period.

This is just some things I have been thinking about. I have finished a couple of books. I have finished a couple of crochet projects. I am feeling a lot better. So I guess the the past two days have been well spent.
